Coined Term "Roam Camping"
If you are within the roam zone you are considered a "Roam Camper"... heard a bunch of ppl using this so I wanted to share.
A Roam Camper is someone who stays around The Roam Zone Waiting for the hooked person to get unhooked even if they are actually trying to look for other survivors. Trying to look for other survivors while in the roam zone will make you a roam camper.
Again... This is all coming from rank 1-4 players.

Well the survivors have codes like flailing their arms 3 times every 5 seconds or so to warn other survivors of a roam camper. So they just let the person hang and get off 3 gens b4 they go for a save. I win over 90% of my rank 1 games as a survivor using these codes.

Constant Arm Flailing = Face camper/Within Terror radius Camper... so you let that person hang as well. And not doing any arm flailing means come save me.

Yeah yeah, I have been called "proxy camper" because I actually used billys chainsaw to sprint around the map and hook ssurvivors on the other side of the other hook.
Invent a new word, I dont really care and it doesnt matter how you call it beause its all legit

Camping is annoying as heck, no doubt. It prevents the survivor on the hook having a chance at actually getting points, but if the killer is having a bad game, or want to secure a kill it's whatever.
I try not to camp, and If i do it's end game and because I hooked them near a gate.

they just keep coming with new stuff, dont they?
wow, its rly hard to not get complains in the end chat as killer, inst it? like, ive just had a round against a survivor (i played trapper) and ran noed. he instantly complained about that in the end chat, since noed OP, as we all know. in the nect round, he joined my lobby again and i played billy this time. no noed. he then complained about me playing billy, since billy OP, as we all know. like, what did he want me to do? play wraith with no perks and add ons? at rank 1? gosh, sometimes you just cant make it right for them...1 -

There's already a term for it. It's called Patrolling.Pretty much this. Roam camping just sounds dumb. Camping = the activity spending a vacation living in a camp, tent, or camper. IE the player is setting up a temporary home. If they wanted to use a metaphor for living from a place that is moving they should call it "sailing". Or they could just join the rest of the community and call it patrolling.

Oooh, I just thought of a better metaphor. "Dog Leashing". Like how a dog (killer) is chained to a stake in ground (hooked survivor) and can't leave from a certain distance. Much better than "roam camping".

Some of these are just "using it".
I hooked someone in the basement and left, got called "basement camper".
Placed a trap near a hooked victim as Hag and left, teleported back on unhook -> "trap camper".
Ran back to the hook as he unhooked with chainsaw sprint and actually hit someone -> "range camper."
Patrolled the remaining 3 gens that are all clustered around the hook -> "proxy camper"
3 gens remaining far apart, 2 untouched, 1 at ~60% and the remaining 3 survivor all near that gen, so I defended it -> "gen camper"You get the picture, right?
And of course there are all the unfair/unfun/forbidden/toxic perks that killer are not allowed to use:
NC,BBQ, Dis, DL, FD, Insid, Noed, Ruin, Rancor, Remember me, Whispers.1
