Perk Changes | Windows of Opportunity and Zanshin Tactics

Windows of Opportunity
- Removed the cooldown. (No reason for it to have a cooldown)
- Removed the ability to see Breakable Walls. (Survivors cannot interact with Breakable Walls, so what's the point of seeing them, also they could be mistaken for pallets)
- Increased the aura reading range to 16/20/24 meters. (From 20 meters across all tiers)
- Added to General Perks pool. (Little rant: What's the point of a perk for begginers to be locked behind a DLC? Most people won't buy DLC until they tested the game, and by that time they will already know where the most pallets and windows are..., also Kate would need to get a new perk)
Zanshin Tactics
- Removed the cooldown. (Again, it doesn't need one)
- The aura reading range now scales with the Tier of the Perk, so 16/20/24 meters. (From 24 meters across all tiers)
- Added to General Perks pool. (Again, what's the point of a beginner perk being locked behind a DLC?, also Oni should probably get a new perk aswell)
Shrine of secrets isn't an excuse, just to be clear.

They should definitely be general perks and the teachables reworked to do something else.
