Tips to go against nurse.
I played a game with a nurse that was really good and our team got destroyed with only one gen completed. Any tips on how to play against a really good nurse?

Nope, a skilled nurse is going to win 99.9% of the time.
If you thought the nurse you just faced was hard, imagine back in the day when omega blink nurse was a thing and she could blink like 5 times off basekit and i think 7 times with add ons.

Bring Dead Hard and on the second blink prepare to use it. Abuse line of sight. Run like a potato in a predictable loop but as soon as she does her first blink and you're behind cover go the other way, then run off to another tile and do it again. You do not want to be out in the open against nurse. Pretend you're claudette bush even if you aren't.

I'm not a main survivor, but I guess that the counter is kinda similar to the one for spirit.
If I play nurse/spirit, the situations where survivors may get away without getting hit, is when they move really erraticly, or they are inside a lot of loops and structures.
If you are in the open field out of position it's really easy for her to get you.

Stealth is the best option vs a nurse. If you are caught in a chase then you'll have to break line of sight and use loops in an awkward manner just to hide from her. Use parallel walls to your advantage. It's difficult to blink exactly where she wants to and she hates certain stairs. Also she hates dungeon. If there's a dungeon below you and she starts to blink, immediately run towards her and she'll go down the basement. Immediately change direction and she'll have to guess her 2nd blink.

Like he stated. Other things to add is use LoS blockers. I play Nurse a lot and I find the most annoying places to catch people are the shack, corn and multiple floors.
Shack-Loop the outside of the shack. Keep looking behind you for when the nurse prepares to blink. It will take Nurse forever to catch you by walking. So blinking is a must. When she charges a blink either keep running, double back or run inside the shack. If you keep staying one corner ahead of her it's a guessing game for her.
Corn is my kryptonite. Literally every time I hit someone in the corn maze if they loop around me while I am fatigued, I have to spend a second or 2 to find out where they went. By then they already have enough distance on me that 2 blinks won't catch them. I need to blink, recharge then try to catch them.
If your on a map that has a 2nd floor this can be used to your advantage. Some nurses will fall for the trick of running towards her when she blinks. After falling for that once the nurse will start pointing straight down to blink a short distance. If your on a 2nd floor she might blink through the floor instead of stopping.
Another tip is lockers. If she blinks and you jump in a locker she can't grab you until she recovers from fatigue. Equip head on and if you can jump into a locker during her 2nd blink you may have enough time to get the stun before she opens the locker. Id rather stick to DH though.
For the love of god, do not pallet loop a nurse. That only works on M1 killers. You won't stun her with it and if you drop it she will just blink through it. You have to climb over it. She doesn't. Half the time I don't break pallets as Nurse unless the obstacles are high enough to block sight.

If someone is about to go down, get in a locker. If someone is about to get hooked, get in a locker. Hide, don't loop. Try to break LoS and be unpredictable, maybe even double back and force her to overcharge her blink (although that only works against bad Nurses). And stack 2 to a gen to avoid Ruin or Pop.
Edit: also, if you're've got nothing else, just run forward. It takes her ages to catch up, almost as long as a normal m1 killer

Play nurse and you will discover how to waste their time.
If you go against a nurse that never misses a blink hit and always makes the perfect "guess" through multiple walls like on lerys then i doubt they are playing legit.

Be unpredictable. I don't like having to say bring a perk to counter a certain killer, but I have had a lot of success against good nurses by having spine chill. It lets you know that you should probably stop what you're doing and hide. A good nurse typically doesn't blink after you until they have eyes on you.
With that said. A good nurse on a good map will 4k most of their games. It's just the nature of her power. She is not called the strongest killer for no reason.

Dance with her, do all kinds of unexpected plays, the worst enemy of a any nurse is a completely unpredictable player.

If the nurse is really good you simply cannot react fast enough to her blinks.
However there are some things you can do. Nurses generally fall into two categories - the first is nurse who doesn't blink unless she can see you. These are easier to deal with - keep breaking line of sight behind walls and get distance on her.
The second is tougher, they anticipate where you are going to be and blink there. Against these you still break line of sight as much as possible, but you need to change direction or juke (or not if she has seen you do that several times try to be unpredictable). Just don't be where she thinks you will be when you break line of sight and you hear her charging up a blink.
Corn and piles of tires are your friends.

Play Nurse and only Nurse till you can consistently find, catch, down and hook Survivors. You'll know when you're achieved this because it'll stop feeling like a miserable pain filled ordeal and more fluid and predictable.
Once you've learned all her tricks and traps you'll have also learned all her weaknesses. Things that can't be taught or even written about due to the highly nuanced interweave of complexity only teachable through first hand experience.
