Are all threads about Oktoberfest being deleted?

So I had a thread about the new skins and I had a bunch of comments on it but I didn't get to see them because it was deleted. Do they not want threads posting about the upcoming event? Its public information at this point...

    One of the forum rules is that leaked content is not allowed.

    I jus posted a pic of the new skins in another discussion about Kate’s head.

    is it really illegal material or is it mainstream now?

    It hasn't been confirmed in-game or on twitter, only leaked, and one of the forum rules is that you can't post leaks.
