Hit by NOED but don't get down

i think, i found a new Bug.

I got hit due NOED was active. You see the NOED got cleansed a while after this hit.
Endgamescreen, the Killer had no other HEX Perks:

NOED doesn't work while Oni is on Blood Fury. You receive a NOED notification but you can't go from Healthy to Dying State if the killer M1.

Was you sure this Oni had his active power ? Yea he was full in red when he has been hit you but like the wrong Myers P3 appearance is sometimes shown ingame,the Oni's visual aspect can be bugged when the P3 power is ended.

So this Bugfix mentioned not to enter Bloodfury, but he was in it. But Merces told, that NOED don't hit with his Bloodfury. That was totally new for me, if it is correct. I don't play ONI much and NOED isn't in my favourite Perklist :D
