New game breaking bug

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where you have difficulty hooking survivors and breaking pallets? So far 3 survivors have been able to wiggle off my shoulder as I was standing right in front of a hook.

yeah sometime the hook animation cancel itself its a pain in the ass
