My opinion on this chapter
Graphic rework :
Freddy's map is fabulous! The vegetation, the destructible walls, the trees, the colors, the lights, the generators... it's good work !
The Yamaoka map is very big, but also very beautiful... I don't like big maps, but its design is so beautiful that I don't care about the size!
On Xbox one S is beautiful !
Unfortunately it's not the same in all maps... there are maps where the textures have changed but there is a lack of vegetation, colors...
The new killer :
I confess that I had a fit of laughter in pursuit, with his cane it was funny !🤣
He's awful! No no no, I speak only about his power ! I'm running everywhere except on the survivors, I think his power is just to catch the survivors, and it's a shame not to be able to break the palettes.
However the design of the killer is really well done, the music, the perks are really great !! The totem's perk will be used now for Ruin, and other totems... it was the perk that was missing for a long time, because totems were useless before!
All the perks of this new killer are beautiful, and I don't regret having bought it.

He's not for me in his current state, certainly not on console. I'll stick with wraith / Executioner and doctor but i like his perks.

The music for the killer is excellent. He looks really good. Too early on his gameplay to judge. His perks are some of the strongest for a killer overall in awhile.
The maps look good but run poorly for me on a ps4 pro
The addition of the faded terror radius of killers has added to more killer grabs and i've seen the killer dc on the 4th gen pop 3 out of 7 matches.

eh he needs an add-on that breaks pallets that isn't ultra rare. Something i found is lunging with him in his power is usually bad.

Meh. He's fine. I don;t like that the Alchemist we've been hearing about all this time has turned out to be just some guy with deformities who runs fast. Kinda lame.
Felix is A+ though. I hate half his backstory, and find most of it to be a mess with no direction, but his design is great.

I really like this chapter.
Freddys map is fantastic, couldnt believe my eyes first time i played on it. Its so good.
New killers good, if you put the time in playing him he's going to be very good. Scared the ######### out of me first time playing against him also.
Small changes like the new chests are great and im loving the new gen animations when your working on them.
Chapter gets a 9.5 out of 10 for me, losing 0.5 points for adding a hatch offering. I dont like that.

I love the new killer in concept, but in execution he's god damn awful. I'm on PS4 and just unlocked him with Shards (Thank god!) and jesus christ. I feel like I'm on ice or something. I try to bounce into a wall to catch a survivor but Blight just decides, nope, I'll just slide along this and fly right on by the survivor. Trying to hit anyone that isn't directly in front of you with a Lethal Rush is insanely hard. There's zero turn on his hit. The perks are fantastic for sure, though Dragon's Breath doesn't make survivors scream, or at least, it didn't on a Bill in my previous match but he just insta-downed on hit and I didn't even know he'd touched the gen. Honestly, this killer has been a super letdown. I love to play as him for sure, but his power is just so out of place he's essentially a single attack killer with a boost to catch up to survivors.

So my opinions:
Maps reworks -> both look way better on PS4 in my opinion
Animations rework -> I'm satisfied with it a lot. Maybe the new generators didn't have to be so TALL, but animations are great.
New chapter:
Survivor: after a year and half we finally got an original male survivor. His look is neat, so I can't wait to see next original survivors. His perks though? Meh...
Killer: visually great, play style is not my cup of coffee. Considering all the previous killer...all of them had somewhat interesting powers - PiramidHead, Oni, Demogorgon, Purge... (I just can't say Deathslinger cause his ability is just shooting and spearing survivors 🤷🏻♂ meh). This new perks are great though, all of them seem to be pretty useful.
Other new chapter stuff:
Great lobby music and great chasing music.
Esthetically? I really don't know, I kinda find this a bit lazy work considering the lobby background is basically last years blight event 🤷🏻♂. If this killer was released last year then yeah...or two years ago...But they basically grabbed some theme they already did 2 years ago during 1st blight event and now just added a killer who uses those powers (aka fast running).
Also...no new map soooo I rate this chapter 5/10... Good visuals, meh powers and goood killer perks but meh survivor perks.

I dont mind to have a ping pong killer like this, but I hate that they wasted so much potential to make Blight a plant theme killer

Killer perk seems strong, though I will wait Shrine to gives his perk, rather than getting him. Survivor's perks are also weak, I will pass.
Graphic update is great, you can easily hide Killer from medium distance, light source is on point. Though the map need to be smaller. Those 2 re-work maps are definitely a great buff to Survivors.
1 thing I like the most as Trapper main: the grass is now more dense, much harder to see his trap. However the shack floor now is white, no more able to trap in mid shack.
