What's up with Legion?
I don't understand why he's so hated and so low tier to people. Yea his counter is splitting up and not healing, but survivors usually don't know where each other are all the time and at some point meet up. A survivor being injured is either a good or bad thing for you, they could be 99% or simply just staying injured. If they're 99%, it's a normal chase if they can pop it off in time, if they just stay injured to counter Feral Frenzy, they're one hit, if they're your final target and they're injured beforehand, just don't Slash them and you get a down pretty soon if you can catch them in time. Yes, Legion is extremely weak in chase, he's just an M1 killer, but that's not to say being an M1 killer is the worst thing ever, your power is pretty good info and enduring can make up for a lot of Legion's chase weakness. Once you learn his basekit and the things you can do with it, you can make some tricks of your own that can help you out tremendously. I think Legion's good but does need some buffs, but I just feel bad for him because he's bullied all the time by people

He is underrated (as well as clown) but also hated to play against, as well as the frustration of not being able to down with your power, not being able to miss with it & only being able to exit with a stun probably make him feel weaker.
...He is still weak compared to other killers, but like any killer, he can be effective when practiced

That I can agree on, but he's at least a good intel killer, so at least he's good at what he does, like Clown at anti looping until survivors started pre dropping

There is a lot of History when it comes to Players and the Legion. Some people just can't get over it.
Also, Legion is low-mid tier at best imo. I can't see any way that they could be placed higher than this.

He can be in like the lowest high tier with a good build that works for you, but he's a pretty good mid tier, at least to me

Legion is not low-tier. I’d say he’s somewhere in the middle.

Yea, if you mindgame at like a pallet and you do a pre lunge to connect it right at the pallet, you can get the hit. Legion's chase potential thrives off of your mindgames, that's what M1's are after all, either mindgames or guranteed

Yup.
But mind games are too much work for some people. When they play a killer (like legion) and actually have to put in some amount of effort in they just panic and conclude that the killer is bad.

It is very good when it uses its power without moderation. But on big maps like the Spirit...
Otherwise on the whole his addons are cool, his power is great, his desing is amazing (Susie), he is fast and very boring to face!

Legion gets degraded for the fact that his power benifits nothing in chase, and perks for chase are required, when all you really need is Enduring on him and he's great. Yea Enduring is good on all killers, but Legion benifits massively because he gets to eat pallets to get rid of them and cancel his power if he's in it, Enduring on Legion is value city
Blight gets degraded because he's new, still being learned and gauged for what he can do, but since it's a meta community they only want the best of the best, so they're not happy with Blight. Not every killer is gonna be A tier guys, chill out, play for some fun, hell I've managed to make Legion look A tier sometimes, it's all a matter of what YOU can do, not the character, make use with what you got.

I agree he is pretty boring to face, but playing as him is extremely fun, plus I'd rather go against him than Spirit or Bubba, the most boring killers you can go against in my opinion. Cold Dirt And Joey's Mixtape makes him a lot stronger in chase too, since after he hits you he can be right back on you again. Iridescent Button is underrated and Fuming tape is ok, but his other add ons are way better.

The hunteress is currently annoying.. her pink addon that one shoot is irritating but fun at the same time because I like challenges and she gives me some. This is the second time I meet her on Freddy's map.

Legion might have the crown of most underrated killer in the game, unless you take add-ons into the mix (then Doc wins). That's not to say they're one of the top killers, just that they aren't that bad. They can get pallets dropped very quickly, their Deep Wounds is an okay slowdown (often better than Pig), and they really can force... Uncomfortable situations.

I feel the issue with Legion is people having a placebo when they play as him, and just a general misunderstanding at some points. It takes a while to start learning your own tricks with him, but when you learn some stuff that can work out for you, you can really begin a snowball, especially with all survivors injured. I don't want Legion to be some A tier or S tier killer, same as Doc bc everybody has their own views on killers based on how well they do as them. But Doc's add ons definitely make him a force to be reckoned with in chase, hell his add ons allow him to basically rework shock therapy like sniper doc builds. Basekit Legion can be enough to get by, but basekit doc is something you really gotta master before it's effective

Legion main here, he's a feel bad killer. You're not counterplaying Legion, you just have to wait for him to hit you with frenzy and then you have to sit still and mend every single time. If you heal you're wasting time and if you don't you're one shot always.

Made a response to this and editied it due to a spelling error, don't know where the comment went, apparently being approved so idk, but I basically said Doc's addons change Shock Therapy completely sometimes allowing for things like sniper/hex doc, and Legion's addons just help him out with either intel or chase potential, they don't have to be A or S tier, I just want them to be fun and viable is all

If I Legion spams Frenzy they're obviously not playing right, if survivors learn to split up and sprint to pause mend then mend after, they'll make the Legion look like a fool for spamming so much

Splitting up and not healing is what most really good survivors do anyway. I do agree hes underrated but hes not great against high tier survivors

I know that, but I just feel like the community focuses too much on the best red rank survivors and ignores the general red rank population, which in turn makes everybody just degrade Legion, doesn't hurt me I could care less but I feel like there's more to him than people think

I can sort of see why Legion is hated by Survivors. Preventing the Frenzy stab is incredibly difficult. Then if you are the sort of Survivor who likes to be full health, doing that against a Legion will result in a lot of extra holding M1 time to mend and heal each time they sweep through the team.
As for why people think Legion is bad? Well, its because against Survivors who know all their tricks... they kind of fall flat. Now in my opinion there are more ways to mess up Vs Legion than any other Killer and Survivors who know all of the ways to not mess up are rare. However, it can still happen that the Legion player ends up with a lobby full of them... or even with just one and wastes too much time trying to get the down on them and then just gets wrecked.

If they heal, keep them injured. If they don't heal, you're t3 myers.

There is, I agree. Truthfully that tactic that counters legion counters every killer and Ive beat some really good teams with him. Hes better than he gets credit for.
