Hex and a cool down.....WHY?
It makes no sense to me why Hex: Blood Favors needs both a cool down and a hex.... it’s really not strong enough to warrant these downsides imo. Hitting a survivor already gives them a speed boost to travel to another loop and it only blocks pallets within 16m... I feel like all it really needs is the cool down to be balanced.

Agreed.
If it was just a normal perk with its current cooldown it would only be decent.

Or make the effect better to warrant it being a Hex. For instance, remove the range restriction and increase the cooldown, so it would be something like:
Hex: Blood Favors - When you hit a survivor with a basic attack block all pallets for 15 seconds. Cooldown 80/70/60 seconds.
Blocking all pallets across the map periodically for 15 seconds would obviously be a stronger effect more worthy of being a Hex.

I agree. Especially since I've mostly played survivor since the new killer came out, against many Blights with that perk...and have yet to be affected by it at all. I've literally not seen it proc, not once.

I feel as well that the perk has a flawed design. Only dumb survivors are gonna waste their sprint burst and stay at the loop, even without this perk being used.

If it blocked ALL pallets then I'd would be ok to have those but not in its current state.

maybe its activation time could be its cooldown?
so while a set of pallets is blocked you cant block another one, a little like MYC.
but for a Hex imo that perk is a little too situational to be usefull.

Thats fair. Maybe block vaults too.

I think the point is to use it with Undying to (hopefully) get survivors wasting loads of time trying to get rid of the pallet blocking altogether.

100% agree. It really makes no sense for it too be a hex totem. As it stands I'll rarely ever run it because it's too situational.
