XBOX One X shutdown while loading into match

Experienced this twice last night, as did a friend. The console powers off while loading into a match. When turning the xbox back on, it says that it was due to the vents being blocked. Neither of our consoles have ever had this problem, and there was no overheating happening at all.

Exact same problem as OP for both my friend and I. Both on Xbox One X
Tried a few other games and it's all good
