THE NURSE CANNOT BLINK & SURVIVORS CANNOT DIE

This has happened to me 3 games in a row across 2 days, and 2 seperarate accounts.

PC, Steam, although the bug has affected survivors playing on console/windows store.

Description of issue

Whilst trying to blink, The Nurse makes a horrible noise like she's constantly readying up her blink over and over again, as shown in the two clips below. Furthermore, she is unable to Blink, charge a blink, break a pallet, vault a window, or damage generators during this time. Being stunned does not fix the issue. The only way to regain the ability to do any of the above is to hook a different survivor provided the bug does not happen again.

The first clip is from the perspective of the survivor, the second from the killer. I was the killer in both scenarios (different matches).

Furthermore, survivors are stuck like that (on the hook, for the killer, or for the survivor spectating the Nurse) until either the Nurse, or the survivors affected by this bug, disconnect from the trial. Survivors do not die to the Endgame Collapse.

steps to reproduce

As far as I'm aware, hooking a survior at any point in time as the Nurse can cause this issue to occur. I have yet to have this happen to me as any other killer.

How frequent is this issue

Before yesterday, I hadn't seen it at all. Now it's happened to me, three games in a row, across two seperate days, with a complete system restart between them.

additional information

• I play DBD using different settings in Gameusersettings than the standard "low/medium/high/ultra" presets. I play without VSync and these games were played with Framerate set to 120 instead of 60.

However, the change in settings does not seem to be the cause of the issue here, as I have played many games since patch 1.4.3 as the Nurse and only began to experience this bug yesterday.
