How can i get my silent hill skins?
so today i got the silent hill edition on steam. The dlcs were included but the dark wish, alessa and lisa cosmetics werent in my account when i played. In the stean description it says these skins are included with the silent hill edition bundle ( and the same on console ) but i dont have them, what do i do to get them?

yes, multiple times. Restarted my gsme, restarted steam, rebooted my computer and nothing

Maybe verify the game files? You can do this by right clicking Dead by Daylight in your steam library and clicking properties. Next you click Local Files, then Verify Integrity of game files. Wait for that to finish and check if you have the skins once its finished.

I wish the Lisa cosmetic came with the Silent Hill edition, and it should, but it doesn't. I'd rather have the costume included and buy the two included DLC packs separate.
Did you buy it through the in game store? I play on Xbox and I bought Ghost Face as my first DLC killer through the in game store I didn't receive the chrome mask or hunting knife that was advertised. Since then I have made all my purchases through the Microsoft store and have gotten everything as advertised.

I got mime through the steam store. The cosmetics arent in my account yet. Also i checked it only comes with alessa and dark wish skins, no lisa and ik to lazy to edit lol. Anyways point is i didnt buy it ingame, i bought it through steam. I told my mom about it and she told me i should message steam instead of behaviour cause i sent a ticket about it and they said they couldnt help

That's #########. I would contact steam support asap and let them know you didn't get what you paid for. They should be able to send you a key for the missing items.

I have contacted steam now, the responded and said they couldnt do anything to help and to contact behaviours customer support. Prior to this i contacted behaviour and they said they couldnt do anything either. So i have no idea what to even do anymore. Maybe i could add this to bug reports and general discussion to find out of this has happened to anyone else idk

Well if Steam cannot help you and BHVR cannot either maybe you could either ask about a refund or ask for some Auric Cells codes to buy yourself the skins that you should have with the edition ^^

I went on steam and it don't come with lisa skin just the Alissa Gillespie outfit for Cheryl Mason and the Dark Wish outfit for The Executioner.
I hope you atleast get tho 2 skins.

yeah i made a mistake while writing this post. but still i didn't get those 2 cosmetic and dont know how to get them

I say try get refund or ask for some Auric Cells to get both skins best thing to do now.
