A Survivor in which the players choose the Gender,Skin Tone,& Voice.

Probably never.
Making cosmetics would be hell for that character, having to take every type of proportion into consideration.

Give us the feature where you can take a pic of your face and then turn it into an in game face.

That is kind of what survivors are, though. Customisable skins. Sure, not fully customisable, but then who would play any other survivor?
