Is Knockout bugged? Or was it buffed?
I was just in a game running tier 3 Empathy against a Leatherface running Knockout and I could NOT see dying survivors auras until I got within Knockout’s regular ranges.
Edit: I was also NOT afflicted with aura blindness.

From the wiki:
"Survivors put into the Dying State by your Basic Attack are not revealed to other Survivors when those are standing outside of a range of 32/24/16 metres."
Only works with basic attacks since 4.1.0. I guess that's the reason you could see someone with Empathy.

On the topic of bugged, is wiggling bugged for anyone else?
Ever since the hotfix it feels like everyone has Boil Over. If you even slightly approach an object as killer you get stuck. This never happened before the hotfix and now out of nowhere its started happening in a few games.

Yeah it feels like every survivor is running Boil Over & Tenacity.

Empathy beats Knockout (atleast this was how it worked in the past).
did bubba use shop lubricant (hide survivor for 20sec similar to knockout) i dont know if empathy beats his new addon.

Empathy counts as aura reading, so I guess the old KO was just buggy?

I didn’t have aura blindness. This was during the whole match. No matter who was downed, if I was outside of Knockout’s ranges, Empathy was not showing the aura of dying survivors.

Im really glad im not the only one thats experiencing it. Its consistent. Id post in the bug report but cant for some reason.

Yeah i got someone with boiled over in Lerys, it was nearly impossible to get through a door

Empathy only shows injured survivors' auras, it doesn't affect survivors in the dying state in any way. Knockout is working as intended

This was not always the case. Dying IS an injured state. Bond, Empathy, Aftercare, and Kindred did counteract Knockout in the past.

Hm, I was not aware of that.. If thats the case then you should report it to the bug section
