Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Can't Join Friends (PS4)
I simply cannot join one of my friends, unless someone else hosts the SWF lobby. Invites are "invalid", and invites through the XMB says that the lobby isn't available anymore. This is the second time this has happened, the first time being right before the PTB for chapter 14 was released. The most possible cause of this is most likely due to our NAT type being Strict, but then again, both our NAT types are the same. The before mention "other" friend has an open NAT type.

I am having the exact same issue on PS4.
My friend and I want to play together. Every time we invite one another it attempts to join but after a while it times out and tells us we cannot play together.
We both have PS Plus, both have NAT Type 2. We can party up on other games fine. Have not tried having someone else host.
Pretty disappointing not being able to play with friends tbh.

There is something wrong with mine like this. It won't let me play with my friend either. :( I need help with this.
