Killers' outcomes don't correspond to pips (PS4)

Dear Devs, this bug, already reported some months ago, has not been fixed yet: in short, there is NEVER a Brutal Killer outcome on my PS4, since both safe pip and +1 pip correspond to Ruthless Killer.
