Med-kits have been bugged since 4.2.0

Since 4.2.0 med-kits have been bugged, at least on Xbox, where 32 charges isn't enough for 2 full heals. Doesn't seem to matter the rarity of the med-kit nor the add-ons it's combo'd with 32 charges will leave you one tap away from being fully healed. So essentially since 4.2.0 you need 33 charges in order to get 2 full heals out of a med-kit. All med-kits, to my knowledge, still work fine for 1 full heal.

Forgot to put this in the report, but neither the 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 patches have fixed this issue. Retested med-kits on both patches, and the same problem persists.

This has existed for a super long time now, they've never fixed it.
