Soooo...not changing the meta devs?

You basically slapped PGTW on the wrist, and youve given decent buffs to bad perks, but not touching the stagnant meta? Seriously?

What's your example of the "stagnant meta?"

    DS, BT, DH/SB for survivors

With Undying, the killer meta has shifted. Why not the same boring survivor meta?

Dev must use the same reason to nerf PGTW with DS.

After down different survivors, but DS is still usable.

    @Zaitsev

Because in order to touch those perks, they would have to also adjust built-in mechanics like Camping/Tunneling/Slugging.

Which aren't even perks, and are still very meta.

Their intention is to motivate us using different perks builds, i don't think they will ever touch the perks u mentioned

I agree with the pop nerf. but ds is unchanged. No less time or action deactivation. If thana % is high maybe is good for some killers (plague legion ). Trails of torment was ######### and will be #########. For survivivor meta perk are the same. For killer pop+ ci or ruin + undying are the choice for slow gens.

My thoughts as well. Other than possibly those 2, the rest are still terrible and won't be ran.

Change it yourself I've not used those perks in ages. The threat of DS and borrowed means few killers risk it.

AMN could literally have a 0 second cooldown and it would still be just 'okay'.

I'm glad nothing got gutted, but when you realize just how much trash perks need attention, 11 perk tweaks is not that many. This was a wash, now we wait 3 more months for them to do anything about Felix's WOAT perks.

Everytime, everytime I say to myself, ''Try different perks to have fun'' I get slugged, tunneled, and camped.

So no, As long as there are killers who think tunneling and camping are ''legit strats'' I'm running perks to counter that.

Green ranks and lower is where I don't run these, killers there are less sweaty and I actually have fun, sometimes even in solo que!

I for one was happy about every single change in the dev update. They're not going to make the game perfect in one patch, but these are all excellent changes. Not every perk needs to be meta; provided every perk is at least useful, either in some builds or for some play styles, I'm happy, and it will lead to more diverse builds being run. Limiting PGTW to 45 seconds is a great change too. As is they can commit to chasing you, down you, then Pop a gen, hook you, and have Pop right back up. I think the devs are right that now the killer's now usually going to need to choose between giving up distance in the chase and not getting to pop the gen.

Agree with this completely... if 60 seconds is too long to allow a killer to determine which gen they need to strategically kick, then it's also way too long for a survivor to have not healed up and find themselves being downed a second time. The 60 seconds is actually abused by survivors into tricking/forcing the killer to pick them up in certain scenarios where it can be impossible for the killer to win (e.g. if they're hooked near gates, etc... it's impossible for the killer to do anything).
