Kill Switch update: Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

My thoughts on the new update that is coming out soon

Pyramid Head changes

I think these changes are good, makes the use of his power dynamic than just waiting for a Survivor to vault a window or drop a pallet.

Perks

Trail of Torment

Sounds like a really fun perk now, can't wait to try it out!

Forced Penance

It's slightly more useful, but I think most people still wouldn't use it.

Blood Pact

I like the change! I just have one question, is it whenever you're close to the Obsession? Or only when you heal them? Sounds fun tho.

Any Means Necessary

Great change! Exactly what I suggested and lots of other people!

Cruel Limits

In my honest opinion, it still sounds trash, but maybe I will be proven wrong in the PTB.

For the People

Nice addition, I just wish it would count as healing someone, so perks like Second Wind would activate...

Mindbreaker

I'm not really sure if the Devs know what the main problem with Mindbreaker is, it relies on Survivors to work on a Generator that is below 50% of completetion, also it relies on them having an exhaustion perk.

If they buffed the numbers to like 30 seconds, maybe I would tell that this perk is decent, but knowing BHVR they just increased it to like 5 seconds at tier 3...

This perk even with this change is still garbage and it always will be.

Slippery Meat

I really like the change!

Thanatophobia

Again, depends on the numbers, knowing BHVR they will probably just increase it to 5% or 6% per Injured Survivor at tier 3, but I think this is a good change, probably would become even more meta on Plague and Legion than in already is.

We're gonna live forever

Just yes, I love this change! I just wonder how much it increases the healing speed.

Technician

I kind of dislike and like this change, I like the removal of Generator explosions, but I hate the Generator repair penalty increase, punishing newer players more isn't the right choise in my opinion.

Also it still doesn't fix the issue why nobody uses Technician, it's because perks that are meant for newer players are locked behind a DLC, and before they could get this perk, they would already learn how to hit Skill Checks... (Vault windows, learn window vault locations, etc...)

Pop goes the weasel

I don't really mind that much tbh, sounds like a reasonable nerf.

Perk Rarity changes

This change proves that perk rarities should be gone for good, since with this change the perks would be easier to find, but the grind is slightly larger, because the rare perks now cost more.

Map update

Really like the concept art of the new map changes!

Now we just need to wait for how it looks like in the actuall game...
