Mindbreaker suggestion.
When a generator is below 50%, mindbreaker, especially after the buff, will be a perfect anti sprint burst, lithe, balanced landing, dead hard while repairing a gen.
That's the limit of this perk: it works only....when the gen is below 50%.
My suggestion is: remove the 50% condition, and it will become one of the best and balanced perks ever

As long as the exaustion timer isnt higher than like ~8 i 100% agree.(so its possible to get it back mid chase)

Best and balanced does not go well together in 99% of the cases. That I can tell for this game for sure. Even in your sentence you can tell how bad it sounds when you read it ^^

Infectious fright is one of the best perks in the game if not the best snowballing perk in the game and still one of the perks I still haven't heard anyone complaining about.
