Good changes is comming for perks but when the rework for "Surge"?
I used this perk in my games and it's almost impossible to use it.
I challenge to developers use this perk with 3 gens close and tell me if is useful, hardly ever anyone be able to use this perk since because the distance are usually very great.
Seriously I like when devs care about some niche perks but this perk need a change.
My proposal is simple: Increase the distance.
I don't see any reason not to make changes, "Surge" actually is far from useful but at least with this change it would provide more information.

I think Surge is underrated. It saves time you´d spend on kicking a gen. It pairs well with Surveillance.
I use it on Clown pretty much as a staple and occasionally on Myers and GF.
The additional regression to me is just a bonus. I use it primarily for information gain and time efficiency.
It´s kinda dumb though to slap a CD on it with such a weak base regression and radius limitation.

Yes, no one denies it has potential but I still think Surge is too weak.

Neat! Don´t get me wrong, I think Surge could really use a little buff too.

Removing the cooldown from Surge would be great because the generator can't be regressed by Surge if it's already regressing. (To my knowledge) Currently it feels like it has too many conditions to compete with Pop and Ruin rather than being a nice alternative for slowing down generators.

I prefer to increase radius to 52 meters effect and reduce cooldown to 30 seconds, could do a combo with the perk Dead man's switch.
Strategy:
The survivor stuns you with a pallet (Nemesis) becomes ur new obsession, u knock down him and gens explode (Surge), u know now all gens are being repaired, hang the obsession on a hook (dead man's switch) just go to apply pressure gens are being repaired, if a survivor stops repairing the entity blocks a gen for 45 seconds, the generators go into regression (hex ruin).
The problem is Surge is not useful right now due to its short range.

Tbh they just need to make Surge work with special attacks that way it can be used with the killer the perk came with

Yeah right, although in my opinion I prefer increase the meters because 32 is very little but yes it has a cooldown special attacks should work too.
