Why the art team makes the license characters so ugly?
The new skin for Cheryl (Cybil) looks completely terrible and has the same effect that some characters like Quentin has. A black terrible circles around eyes. This makes character's design so unrealistic and completely off of their actual look. Yet we have the Felix that looks completely awesome and very realistic comparing to the license characters.
The only HUMAN character from the Silent Hill collection that looks great is only Lisa.

I am starting to wonder if they are trying to make the characters look bad on purpose...

Agreed, sometimes they seem to struggle recreating faces of licensed characters. I say sometimes because characters like Lisa, Steve & Nancy actually look pretty good. Cybil's skin, however, just looks plain awful. They really need to stop this trend with dark circles around the eyes... it's ugly asf.
Overall this is probably the worst legendary skin so far. The quality is just appalling.

Many people want a Quentin face rework but after seeing Cybil I’m not really looking forward to it.

Lisa doesn't even look good because she doesn't look at all like her PS1 counterpart, they're just really bad at face rendering

Hold up a moment,Lisa Looks way better than Cybil But,she doesn't look very similar to her SH 1 CGI Model,her face proportions are strange and she doesn't even have her left ear earring (green color),so i wouldn't say that Lisa looks "Totally Great"

But they're supposed to be different characters, that's the whole reason why they're $15 forced linked sets. They're not SUPPOSED to look or sound like Cheryl.

That's kinda false,and it would be a horrible idea to release a maria skin with cheryl's face,who would want to pay 15 $ to see Cheryl cosplay Maria,Angela,Cynthia,Claudia etc??? And with the same VA?
And they are supposed to be different people since "SPOILERS" ,Cybil Dies in the SH 1 Bad ending and the movie,Lisa is dead too,and Alessa i don't know since it's just Cheryl doing a cosplay of her,so it doesn't count as a different person

They actually do have different faces than Cheryl, they just looks worse than in the ps1 game.

I mean her face doesn't look deformed and she doesn't have the gross dark circles around eyes.

I know,of course Lisa looks better than Cybil,but still,Lisa's Model is missing some important details and her face looks nice but not really close to her original face from Silent hill 1 (The CGI cutscenes)

I'm blown away by how much worse Heather looks than her SH3 model. It is incredible.

Did you take into consideration that they are literally in nightmare? Entity realm that sucks their hope and make them miserable, to later die from lack of will to go on? I mean lore part. Besides, every licensed survivor IS from other horror creation (either movie or game), so looking like a sh1t is acceptable, no?
