Thanatophobia changes

The healing debuff being removed is questionable. It wasn't massive, unlike the effects of Sloppy, but Thanat allowed some Killers, who were heavily affected (or in this case, gutted) by the Sloppy change, to be able to keep some form of stall in the healing department with Thanat when they use their power, but now, with that being gone, it seems like it's just another attempt to remove any sort of stall that the game has left going for it. I mean, how major are the changes to the stats anyways? Right now, we're currently sitting at 4%, with it being capped at 16%, so will it be something major to make up for the healing change, like 7.5% or 8%, or will it just be a minor change to an already underwhelming perk like 4.5% or something like that?

And, yes, I can understand WHY the changes were needed in some sense, but Sloppy Butcher had a 20% healing debuff while Thanat's was anywhere between 4% and 16%. Sloppy made it around 20 seconds to heal someone rather than the normal 16, while Thanat (at max) would take about...17.5-18 seconds, if my math is...Somewhat correct..? Self Care makes you take 36 seconds to heal, with it being 40 for Sloppy, and 37.5-38 (again, if my math is correct) to take. So, was the change essentially aimed towards solo Survivors who actually run self-care, or was it aimed towards SWF? Because the time it takes to heal another Survivor isn't as long as one would normally think, especially with items and perks that help with fixing that, so why was the change needed? How is it being changed?? There needs to be more communication as to why a perk like Thanat is being changed and what the stats are going to be before it's just thrown at us..

Well based on the fact they've said they don't want slowdowns stacking very much I doubt they'll increase it to anything above 6%, and even that's highly unlikely imo.

Wasn't there at one point in a PTB, I believe around Legion's release or a little after it, they increased the percentage and then quickly reverted it without saying as to why? I mean, I don't recall how major it was, but it wouldn't have been THAT huge compared to Sloppy's current time, and even then, I mean, 4 seconds versus 2..? It's just...Why? Lmao
