They probably realized it doesn’t matter what they wrote and people were always out to twist their words and try to bash the dev-team

While that's 100% true, their job is literally to communicate with the community. Otherwise, why are they paid?

They do make stuff like the twitch streams etc right? And maybe Twitter.. Idk, I don’t follow them that much..

They’re people.
They’re susceptible to burnout from frequent bombardment of vile negativity just like you, or me, or anybody else.
Throwing money or wage at somebody doesn’t magically make them cope with that.

That doesn't change anything? If that's the case they shouldn't be community managers anymore. I understand everyone may get sick of this community, but if they do then they should step down. There's no point in having 15 community managers if no one of them actually communicates with the community.

I don't want to deal with this community either.
But there are 2 options for the silence:
- This community is just horrible to deal with.
- We made some valid points and they can't say anything about it. Just look at the Pop-Nerf-Argument from one of the developers.
And I don't want to know how their DM's look like. I guess they are flooded with stuff they don't even have a decisionmaking role (balance for example).

The CM's are around, there's a lot going on at the moment and there's also holiday periods to deal with. Don't forget there's also other platforms such as Instagram, Discord, Facebook, Twitter etc and there's been a definite presence there.

CM have nothing to say, is not his/her fall, bhvr have a bad practice on communications. This new september mid chapter is and example. This up a list of changes in game. Community ash why some change are doing or why dont touch some problems. Not respond. Community get angry and grumpy. Not share info about the game status with the community force to people to see they experience like the true state of the game. Share more data info and explain game change will ne reduce a lot the angry topic. We now dev wanna make game that make money we are fine that, is natural, but some a better communication with community is needed. And yes troll and ######### people we be here being annoying. But a lot of players love this game and we wanna to participate more in his development

Why does it matter? They don't release any information here anyway outside of the official update posts.
At best you get a snide remark about something completely off topic in a comment.
