Are YOU Getting tunneled off hooks?
Don't run DS, that's so boring! Plus, you'll need a backup plan once you've used it!
Breakdown
Boil Over
Any other perks you want
offering: Petrified Oak (Is that what it's called? Just bring the one that spreads hooks out)
breakdown forces the killer to go to a new hook, and boil over allows you to escape them.
I feel like there's something very wrong with this build because I never see it, but maybe everyone is too busy running smol pp. I haven't even used this build as I just came up with it.

Try it first before recommending

I've found Iron Will to be a better solution. If the killer doesn't see you and you're good at hiding, they'll eventually give up or find your savior's scratch marks.
So many times when I play killer and I return to a hook and I see scratch marks - i follow them. Then I find the hooked guy and feel bad. If you're saving someone, take the aggro from the killer!

Yeah, I prefer running one reliable perk, rather than running two bad perks that don't guarantee anything along with a purple offering. Sorry.

What an idea. Why didn't I think of that?

I've tried Breakdown. Doesn't go as well as you'd think.

Boil over really doesn't do anything other than slightly inconvenience the killer assuming they've played at least around 50ish hours since it only affects how much you move the killer around and not your actual wiggle progress. And breakdown doesn't really help because there's always plenty of other hooks nearby 99% of the time.

Noted, thanks.

I play survivor without DS. I'd say 9/10 times I don't get tunneled. I run Kindred/We'll Make It/Dead Hard/Adrenaline. In my mind DS is just a crutch for survivors, unless you were unsafely unhooked by a bad teammate.

yeah, but it's not like Flip Flop would work with this build.

Boil over sucks and Breakdown is really inconsistent with how useful it is. Its just a infinitely better idea to run DS if your getting tunneled.
