Give "Enduring" the Brutal Strength treatment

For those of you who don't recall, Brutal Strength was the ONE perk that was pretty much 100% required on every single killer not named "Nurse" (with Enduring and Whispers being the other 2 that was on about 90% of killers at the time). Brutal Strength was eventually nerfed and the base pallet breaking speed of all killers was brought up to compensate, freeing up a perk slot for killers and allowing for more diversity in builds.

While I feel that BS was nerfed a tad too much (BS+the base speed buff is still slower than pre-BS nerf), I think it's about time that Enduring receives a similar approach and the base stun duration of killers is decreased so that Enduring isn't as required on non-Nurse killers.

Neither Brutal Strength or Enduring have ever been mandatory. It always bothers me when people act like they are.

    The stun time is fine.

Oh yes, of coarse it wasn't if you enjoyed being looped for 4 gens followed by the tbagging at the gates at rank 1/against any half competent group of survivors. I've heard that masochism/humiliation are quite lucrative kinks.

So you wanna decrease the overall stun time? I dig.

Brutal Strength wasn't really nerfed. I've heard it's break speed is about the same that it's always been. It's just that because they buffed the base pallet breaking speed Brutal Strength doesn't appear to make much of a difference anymore.

Seriously, the stun duration is fine. It's not like you automatically lose the chase if you are stunned. If you eat a pallet then the penalty is appropriate.

Slightly less break speed, but yes, that was the point I was making. Shifting the power out of the perk and into the base kit of the killer.

And that has nothing to do with the stun time. Not a good counter point.

It most definitely does. If you respect every pallet/don't swing through them then you will lose a lot of time vs anyone who recognizes it. You will be stunned against someone who knows how to loop, a lot. The more time you spend stunned and breaking pallets, the more time they will have to find safe pallets and the longer you will be looped.

Thus why Enduring is meta and, formerly, Brutal Strength.

How about just reduce the insane amount of bloodpoints you get from stunning the killer?

Being looped for long periods of time is more of a map design issue than anything else because even if you don't get stunned they almost always have enough time to make it to another pallet.
