Let's talk flashlights

Ok so I want to start this off by saying I think this is one of the main offenders of polluted blood webs.

Everyone knows currently flashlights into have 4 good add ons. The batteries and the filament. Everything else is overpriced trash or cheap trash. What they have in common is polluting the bloodweb.

I dont want insta blinds back but I would like blind speed to be added back to the game or at the very least delete the other add ons or totally redesign them. Stuff like high end sapphire lens(hesl), intense halogen, and odd bulb do the exact same thing.

Ever since the blind speed removal all 3 of these add ons increase blind duration by 1 second. I want to also mention a mistake between the two effects "increase the flashlights range" and "increase the flashlights beam." The range add on does nothing and the beam add on actually increases the range. Also it only increases the rang by half a tile!

You have accuracy add ons which do so little they are unnoticeable. Increasing the beams visual brightness is nothing but an aesthetic. Decreasing range is way to punishing considering range add ons dont even do much for it. I'm gonna cut these flaws short because as you can see its alot.

The main change I want is to make odd bulb and ultra rare worth something. I would like it to make the blind take 0.75 to 0.8 seconds instead of 1.33. The exception is that this add on is now the only faster blinding add on.
