Why killers does not have perk that let them keep add-ons after match?
They can rely ONLY on 'black ward' if they really want to keep some addons. Survivors on the other hand have 'white ward' AND 'ace in the hole' that let them keep item AND add-ons if they escape(there are even some independent add-ons for keys that let you keep them even when you die/use it (milky glass/weaved ring)).
Why killers does not have something like: "for each hook action in a game, there is 10% chance you won't lose your add-ons after the trial" which would go absolutely good with Devout emblem. You can also do something like "for each sacrificed/killed survivor, there is 25% you won't lose your add-ons after the trial" but i would not go for this option, as this would make some killers "tryhard(camp/tunnel)" just to keep their addons.
It would also benefit killers who are not as viable without addons (like trapper or wraith) until they get some tweaks.
Also, before you post something like "killers are not the same, we can't have such things in DbD!11!". What makes bringing purple flashlight with green addons every game fair(if you'll be able to escape with it using 'ace in the hole'), but CHANCE to keep addons for killers unfair?

They want Killers to have to continually feed bloodpoints into their bloodwebs to restock their add-ons - so they can't just hold onto iri's and such match after match; so they have it designed killers lose everything whether they win or lose -- and they get more bloodpoints easier in exchange.
