Hex Totem Didn't Spawn?
Loaded into a match with Devour Hope for the quest and looked around to see my totem to no avail. I got a pretty early chase and ended it fast. After hooking the dude I also noticed that my devour didn't lite up after I left him and went away. No loud noise notification or nothing the entire game either. And devour never lit up. Anyone else experience something like this?

I've seen the opposite with NOED: all the totems had been cleansed, yet NOED was still active. It had never happened before and hasn't happened since, which makes me think it's either an extremely rare bug, or the result of someone cheating.

Something similar happened to me once. Ruin was active and there was no totem for it.

No idea what causes the bug but I remember someone having this issue in the Best Of The Best tournament that happened a little while ago.

I've had a similar issue but you got the short end of the stick where your uncleansable hex didn't spawn on the playing field at all. I've had a completely obscured Devour Hope before that got to 4 stacks and was exposing people but there was no cleansable totem for it at all - any chance you remember what map this was on? Because it might be a bugged spawn location or two.
Edit: Mine happened weeks ago on Mac estate - Groaning Storehouse though I can't find my screenshots for it anymore
