Why punish survivors for being tunneled

Survivors shouldn't be punished for getting tunneled and 3 hooked because the killer is using a broken op killer and get deranked because of it, the killer should lose loads of points for quick hooking the same survivor without hooking at least 2 other survivors that are available in the trial, pretty nonsense that I keep losing red rank because the killers thought process is "I see healthy survivor running away, where is that recently unhooked survivor at so they only have 2 minutes of game time." It is quite ridiculous to get punished by someone else being a jerk

    ik it sucks but your teammates likely could've prevented this thats why it stays in. it is readably counterable

    also obligatory "tunneling=gen rushing both are just each role doing their objective in the most efficient manner to win"
