Personally what you play is fine I play the 4 most meta and cruch perks (ds, adrenaline, balance or dead hard, and unbreakable or barrow time) just play what you want man whatever is fun for you don't worry about what other people say because in the end it shouldn't change the way you think of the game just have fun and enjoy the game as much as possible <3

I use pretty much anything I feel like although I rarely use ebony mori's keys and I never use noed or iridescent head

Don't let people tell you how to play. If they whine over a game then who's the real loser there? Play how you want and have fun with it

If you're playing killer and trying to follow "The Survivor Handbook", the only "allowed" killers are Trapper, Wraith, Blight, and Demo. The rest are too strong, boring, or have one shots.
Or you could just play your own way since everyone will find something they don't like.

Is that guy your dad/mom/wife/husband?
No? Well they can shove it then

Can't play legion? Lmao they aren't that great as other killers, it's just because he's annoying

Literally do whatever you want just dont swf with smol pp build on every person. Thats tru cancer lol

Yes and you are incorrect about all of them Oni especially. Unlimited t3 myers is super easy to counter and youre likely to lose more games than win. Have you actually played as unlimited t3 myers? If you did youd know why this is a silly thing to say

Does this mean I can run any survivor perk build without getting hate for it as well? For example Ds and Unbreakable

Yeah killer lives matter

As long as your having fun and not being a hacker jerk face then play what ever you want as your perks like I give up caring what other people say like last week I let my daughter play my game and I'm rank 1 got so much hate for failing skill checks and not reaching a person til they hit struggle my daughter is 6 and just told my daughter they said good job keep practicing 😂😂😂

while I agree with you, being toxic isn't a set and stone thing, as it depends on what people consider toxic. People may think running ds and unbreakable inside a locker/running noed and tunnel/camp is toxic, others stretch it to be just playing the game to be toxic. What if you do something generally considered toxic, but not yourself? even if you know what you are doing, who is going to know about it other than the person intentionally being toxic?
Once again, I agree with you, it's just it's not so simple to just "not be toxic".

As a Legion main, I have one thing to say to you...
Play Legion and let them cry.
Seriously though, I had someone tell me I should only play Nurse and Spirit. Then I said teach me. Then they refused to. So, ya know, you be Legion.

No one can tell you what to do though lmao

Be respectful.
Its ironic that you support them playing however they want, but tell them what they can’t post on the forum that’s related to DBD.
Just be kind. Unless they’re breaking forum rules, keep that kind of opinion to yourself.

Same, and a build I often run is Distressing, Coulrophobia, Sloppy, and Forced Penance (I want to keep survivors injured).
And I’ll STILL get survivors RQ, or send awful messages complaining about Clown and my strategy. But from the same match I’ll get messages from different survivors saying I’m a trash noob for using Clown and “bad perks”, AFTER THEY’VE LOST. Go figure...

Nah I LOVE Franklins. It sets up ridiculously easy extra hits because you just KNOW Blendette is gonna panic and try and come back for her purple flashlight or key before it disappears.
If you’re not patrolling within range of the dropped item, the killer is using Franklins wrong, and ignoring an obvious and predictable survivor behaviour.

In my opinion survivors are sometimes the most childish part of this whole community

They can be, but killers don’t get a free pass. There are killers that rant about genuinely serious problems, and those that complain everything is unfair unless the survivors just stand still and take hits.

Well tell them to stuff it play the way you want to and don let ANYONE tell you not to play legion (legion main) just don't be toxic that's it and if there salty then f#@k him
0 -
Well yeah that is true, but I tend to see it more for survivors then killers sadly

I have played him many times and it's extremely easy actually. It's not easy to counter especially with moris.

Play whatever killer you want. If the survivors don't like it, they can go play something else.
Yes, there are killer's I hate going up against, but it's part of the game. You need to learn to adapt to your opponent.
Anyone who has a problem with your choice of character and skills maybe doesn't enjoy the game as much as they think they do. It is they that needs to change something, not you.

I guess that's fair especially on people that bring in items they rely on. I usually just wait till they're chasing someone else but that's only if it's something I brought in if not I leave it.

Ignore what every other person says and just play what you want. What's the point in playing if you can't enjoy it I'm your own way, using characters you want to use?

I read that title and the first thing I could think of is John's speech to the intro of their live performance of "Awake & Alive"...

But in more seriouness, I understand you. I had a period where I just did whatever I wanted to. If I wanted to play Freddy, I played him, if I wanted to play in a scummy way, I did. But you gotta realize that survivors are here to have fun as well. Only doing what you want is not fixing the issue, it's making it worse.
However, if a survivor openly tells you what to do and what not to do, then I feel like that's just being entitled, and a person that simply doesn't care what other people want. The term "treat others how you want to be treated" may not work particuarly well here, but if more people can open themselves up to the idea of everyone having fun instead of complaint after complaint, then maybe we can get a better community.
