L4D Hunter Killer concept
Power: Pounce
This idea is just for fun and came to me in a dream.
The Hunter can pounce around the map, allowing him to get over certain obstacles such as walls and pallets.
In order to Pounce the Hunter must first crouch. Crouch slows the Hunter tremendously and removes his terror radius. However, there is a loud audible growling sound. Unlike any other stealth killers, the Hunter is NOT undetectable. All detection perks trigger on a crouching hunter.
Pouncing allows the Hunter to begin mauling his victim. Mauling goes on until the Hunter cancels it, is shoved, or the pounced survivor dies.
The Hunter can manually cancel maul in order to secure a down. If he mauls uninterrupted for 40 seconds, the pounced survivor dies.
Another survivor can shove the Hunter off a pounced survivor, stunning him and allowing the victim to escape.
Pouncing deals one health state and inflicts dying after 10 seconds of uninterrupted mauling.
Hunter has a cooldown on pouncing, with a base cooldown of 30 seconds. Pouncing also inflicts a minor stun after missing.
You can chain pounces on walls, allowing you to cover great distances

That sounds neat but its hard to get good at 4 different killers

I feel like this wouldn't be fun to play against, tbh. In a SWF, this killer is complete garbage, in a group of randos the survivor might just die with no one to help at all because the randos don't care

Well, Im not taking this idea that seriously. It was just a fun concept I came up with when I was toasted.
