It doesnt counter Spirit. You cant just walk away from her every time she sees you.. you know, scratch marks still exist. :D
Plague can hear cough and notice her infection.
Legion doesnt mind injured survivors + No Mither still have to mend. Keep mending, hehe. :^)
It doesnt counter my favourite perks tho - good old BBQ, good old Blood Warden, good old Bamboozle and Rancor. Also, PoP is nice. Good perks are not affected, all good.

Plague can't break you because you are already broken and Legion cannot injure you because you are already injured.

you forgot the best, most broken synergy of NM: self care, as op as bamboozle nurse, of course.

it also only allows you to take half the hits as normal as well as depriving you of the speed boost it also tells the killer at the beginning of the match that you have it so they know not to slug you. as well as not being compatible with syptic agent.
the only real counter it does is countering slugging you specifically and countering plague also its suicide against oni so it doesnt exactly give a ton of value outside of meme builds and hard countering slugging( as stated before just you and only you if the killer wants to slug they will make sure they pick u up right then while slugging everyone else).
being able to take half the amount of hits is huge and the only real thing it gets you is hooked faster

So long as you are injured and don't plan on healing, instant down effects and anti-healing effects do nothing. Thus countered.

Even worse it counters the Killer's Bloodpoint gains, That usual 600 for 2 Basic Attacks? you only earn 300 now.

Alright, I get that this is a meme thread, but really what's the point of it? Just bored at the keyboard? Either way, you can down the user with one hit and if they get back up, that's your fault. At this rate I can say BBQ is OP because you don't have to look for the next chase because it's shown to you...also Thanataphobia is guaranteed to be active the entire round if someone brings No Mither

some survivors might be cheap enough to run ds + unbreakable + soul guard but they're not THAT cheap to run the op broken no mither that i have no idea how they didnt nerf it even thought its been in the game for years smh my head
