Injured survivors arent looking behind them.

When you become injure yourself character will not turn their body. As killer this made it easier to tell when to certain things like make different looping paths when you noticed the survivor not paying attention.
As survivor I just like the aesthetic? Wrong choice of words but it looked cool to me. I'd like to have it back.
