Adept on killer is ridiculously difficult

Adept on survivor is EXACT SAME THING since the game released.

Adept on killer is tied to win conditions that changes many times over the years and get more and more difficult as you rank up.

Only reason it is like that is because devs don't give a crap about achievements unless there is actually no way to get them as in them being bugged. If you already got to red ranks, good luck getting actual perfect game with killer you are just learning.

Just keep playing with 3 terrible perks and hope for ######### survivors that won't dc.

I have adept on half the killer roster at the moment except for Hag. It really comes down to good use of add-ons. I was doing terrible at getting it as PH but when I used his Hemmorage on Torment add-on I got it immediately.

It's also really important to let the game go on for a bit and not camp. The point deduction for heals is negligible so it's often okay to let them get a few to allow for more chase time and hits.

Getting Adept is daunting but you can do it!

I only have 10 Adept Killer achievements, and 5 of them are because I used an indoor map offering because those tend to be worse for survivors especially at lower ranks. And one of them was from when crossplay was enabled, leading to poor matchups (I feel a little guilty for that one)

They should definitely be less than a double pip required, especially as that scales with rank. Maybe a 4K with only hooks, just to prevent mori cheese.

From someone that almost had the platinum on ps4 and currently is doing all achievements on pc, yes.

The problem is that you either choose the map and survivors dc or a random map and you get rushed.

But try this from someone who has done the adepts from then and from now, tunnel 1 asap, play with the rest until you feel like it's done, if it's a 1 shotter like Billy, Bubba, Myers, Oni, don't use their power as much example, down them with 2 M1s instead of 1 shot down, it is hard because it will make you look like a bad killer but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I've been working through them myself, only have Plague, Demogorgon, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head, and Blight left to go.

Honestly the best way is to run the best add-ons you have and go for the 9 hook 4k to get Iri Devout Emblem and get one player out as quickly as possible. I'm not saying to hard tunnel but for one Survivor, don't play with your food and actually be merciless.

Another thing that helps immensely is to avoid camping at all costs, staying near a hooked Survivor destroys the chaser emblem.

With the recent changes to Gatekeeper you just have to draw the match out to ~9 minutes but not allow the gates to be opened and you're guaranteed an Iri Emblems there.

For me the hardest emblem to guarantee a good score in is the one that loses points every time Survivors heal but I found the best way to counter that is to return to the hook as soon as the unhook happens to get a slug or spread damage more and keep them from healing under hook.

Actully with Billy and Bubba, especially Bubba, use Speed Limiter. They don't expect it, you can get easy double hits on someone, and the emblem system just nuts over it.

I have all the killer adepts. But I got the majority of them back when all you had to do was get a 4k.

The thoughts of doing adept Nurse on PS4 with a double pip is nightmare fuel.

Did some adepts today. Had one nail biting game with clown were I was sent to Ormond but got 11 hooks with a 4k and no gate open but failed because I was a couple of seconds short/few points short in chaser and got a gold.... Then had a same situation with plague but had a 12 hook 4k game aaannnnddddd survivors used the fountains too much and I got a silver... I just try to turn my brain off for these because they can't be taken seriously.

The worst part IMHO is how Malicious gives you points for HITTING and not actually "Damaging health states" on survivors, but you still lose points for survivors being healed.

This means for example as Plague if you're using your vomit a lot you get very little emblem score in Malicious. If you're Myers and you insta-down someone with EW3, taking them from healthy to dying (Still 1 hit, so 1 point) and slug them, and someone heals them to healthy (-2 points) that's a net loss of 1 point.

Basically Plague and Insta-down killers have a harder time getting a high maliicous emblem which makes the adepts difficult, even if you 4K.

Likewise Legion is very good at getting an iri malicious emblem from all the frenzy hits he's inflicting.

I bring this up because to adept as killer now, you need a double pip. At high ranks the requirements to double pip are higher making the adepts unnecessarily difficult even if you 4K.

To wit, it's possible to 4K as plague (Well, last one bled out) and depip.

The easiest way to make killer adepts on par with survivor adepts is either have survivors double pip to get adept or have killers get either a 3k or 4k

Both are "win" conditions

Actually, I have never tried speed limiter for adepts, I might give it a re do to see if I can do it.

It would make sense that it works.
