So when is the rift Cosmetics going to be added to the store?
If I remember right when Rifts were first introduced they said that's what would happen to the Cosmetics once the rift closed.

Yeah, they said the minimum wait time for them to arrive in the Store is 6 months.
No maximum wait time given, a.k.a. we don't know when they'll add them.

The Blighted Nurse cosmetic was confirmed to be arriving on the 20th with the midchapter patch, anything else is up in the air.

This question got asked a lot back in the day when I looked after the ATQ sub-forum, usually when it's brought up I sited a stream that answered the question directly.
While I can't remember which stream it was from, I remember SPECIFICALLY that they mentioned something like 6 months to (realistically, which was also a word they used for the other date) a year. I believe it's been almost a year since Tome 1? So it seems that the latter was what they chose for when certain things will be released.
They never implied that some things from that Rift will stay exclusive, but some speculation thinks otherwise. But I don't want to spread information that isn't accurate on that end (since I can't find them saying this and I don't know), but we'll have to wait and see.

Ah yes that's something that was bothering me, that quote.
While I thank you for reminding me of it, it isn't a confirmation that some things will be exclusive. I used to harp on that quote back then while of course still not treating it as a fact (since it isn't.) They never outright said that some things would stay exclusive, so that's why it can't be used as one. Also things are subject to change and the idea behind exclusives is dead now in terms of cosmetics for DBD.
So again, we'll have to wait and see. A lot of people theorize that if it's true than it would be with charms and not skins, but again it isn't a direct confirmation so who knows.

That's possible, although I can see them not releasing the single cosmetics (that were never part of full outfits) to the store as well. But mostly the charms.

It would most likely be the charms that would be up for the exclusive side, while skins is a no in my opinion (mainly because they've moved away from those entirely now.)
But that's if it's true, so who knows. I could even be wrong, we'll have to wait and see.

Here's Mandy's comment that I remember seeing. This was on a near identical thread (just asking when Rift cosmetics would come to the Store).
I remember the OP was pretty disappointed by the comment. Claiming they (the Devs) can consistently release new cosmetics during the pandemic but can't release already existing content. But I digress. This is the only time I could remember a dev/mod actually commenting on the subject. Numerous threads of this topic have been made with no dev response.
They have confirmed that The Nurse's Blight outfit will be put into the Store in this next patch, which would equal to about a year since the first Rift. But no mention of the other items. So I'm not sure what their intentions are at this point.

"Numerous threads of this topic have been made with no dev response." To be fair, the question is already answered - after a minimum period of 6 months. This can mean 6 months, 7 months or 2 years.
Also, the Devs are no big fans of giving precise Dates. You see this all the time, e.g. it is common knowledge that the new Patch will come 3 weeks after the PTB, because it has been a while like that, still, even if it is all planned, they will not say "Patch comes at this date" until 1 day before (at best).
So I only really expect an official announcement regarding the Cosmetics right before they are available in the store.

I wasn't saying it in a way of malice. I'm not expecting a response on any of these types of threads. But since they're made so often, I felt it was appropriate to mention that Mandy's comment is the only official comment I could find in relation to this topic.

I think the Blight skin is because Halloween is coming soon and it's the only one that isn't a part of the pre-existing Blight set. As for the rest we'll see what happens, but as of right now it's understandable why it isn't a priority atm.
