Stuck after mori on dead dawg saloon

My friend became stuck after a mori on dead dawg saloon, after a second mori he could free himself again.
The first mori happend in the corner behind the barrel where the survivor was located.

Hello I got myself the same issue in another map with The huntress in a similar way. I mori a survivor in a corner and got stuck until the end of the game. This looks like a global issue.
I attached a video that shows that I'm stuck but we don't see the mori, but we can see the survivor on the ground (sorry the framerate is terrible)
