Question about Ghost Face

Since he is not from the Movie but from Funworld which caused the Devs to make custom lore for him does that mean he is the only licensed that is more connected to the lore of Dead By Daylight but also more cannon then slapping a character from a franchise into the game like Freddy, Leatherface, and others?

Asking since most of the Horror franchise characters we got have the same lore from the movies or video games unlike Ghost Face since again FunWorld so Devs had to make an original lore different from Scream.

This also explains why Ghost Face is the licensed character with the most cosmetics since not from the movie but a costume company so they are probably more open to custom cosmetics then lets say Freddy and Michael but also the fact its not the Killer from Scream but more of a Alternate version of the Killer.

I am mostly just rambling since if he is more unique and more into the lore of DBD then it could be very possible he might have a slim chance of being in a Tome due to the fact he is not Scream killer but just a killer with the same mask.
