I was able to see other player auras as yellow not only the injured I don't play survivor only for dailies so I could be wrong

Perks: Kinder(3), Sprint Burst (2), BT(2), Empathy (3)

As explained, it was Kindred that gave the additional auras

  The Kindred allows you to see auras of all survivors if one of them is hooked.

  It's not a bug just Kindred
