Had an interesting game against Hag where she was camping 3 Survivors in the Basement (I got hooked first there, then Ace attempted to rescue me, and he gave free grab, the same thing happened with other Survivor). The Nea, the 4th Survivor, rescued me at the last moment. I had BT so I thought the game will last a little bit longer, aaaannnndd....
Instead of unhooking my allies, I started healing the Nea, after that I was literally unable to unhook Ace, the game didn't give me that option. I got downed, I didn't bring DS.
Honestly, I don't know what makes me tilted more. The fact that I played almost 3k hours and I am still paired with newbies, or the fact that the game being already 4 years old still doesn't have normal control settings. Why I can't have different buttons for unhooking and healing? Why I am not allowed to have different buttoms for picking up Survivors and vaulting as Killer? Why instead of opening the gates I start Self Caring? Why when I want break a pallet instead I pick up Survivor and get blinded (got CJ tech'ed)?
Dead by Daylight is PvPE where you play against other people AND struggle against the game issues which are sometimes infuriatingly overwhelming. I am salty af.

Alright, bad joke aside, I'm with ya. Being able to have more than one contextual button or just a way to flick from one available action to another would be super helpful to both sides, though I can see it being super buggy on release with what actions take... precedence? over another. ._.'

Our able to change your button assignments by going to settings and survivor controls press confirm on the button you want to change then press the button you want for it and being on console gives me less options for buttons.

I love going for a fast vault in a chase and being pulled into a locker I had NO intention of entering because its button overrode my lunge so the killer just laughs and pulls me out of the locker because fast vaults out of lockers are 95% broken and you slow creep out giving the killer ample time to snatch you out, put you on the hook and camp :D :D :D :D :D :D :D:D :D :D:D :D :D :D Need more options or better bounding boxes for interactables.

Nearly the same thing happened to me last night. Went to unhook a player with BT, got hit with Franklin's, then instead of unhooking again, my character tried to pick up the item. I swear this is an alpha game sometimes.
