New chapter idea: The Plague
This idea obviously comes with a Plague doctor. As the doctor swings his lantern with his arm behind his back, he is looking for patients to cure. His terror radius gets filled with fog the moment he starts swinging. Survivors will only be able to see the light coming from his lantern and cannot fast-vault due to the lack of sight. The plaguedoctor however, will be able to see some vague aura's within his terror radius thanks to the lantern. As the killer switches to his weapon (scissors maybe), the fog will slowly disappear and so the doctor has to act quickly before his patient escapes.
The killer comes with 3 perks:
"Wait for me" After breaking a pallet at least 15 seconds from when it was dropped, you get to see the aura of the survivor that dropped the pallet for 5 seconds.
"Doctor's instinct" Generator's auras start all white from the beginning of the trial. The more they progress, the more red the auras become.
"Final treatment" You have to stop your patients from leaving. As they stand in the exit gate, they suffer from the exposed status effect without them knowing.
The survivor could be an old man that escaped the plague doctor once. Though, it's not too important and If you have a nice idea for the survivor and his/ her perks. Let me know
The map would be a ghosttown form the middle ages. The town is unpopulated cuz everyone died because of the plague. The map could have some really nice aesthetic places such as a townsquare or a market, guillotine etc. etc.

I had an idea for a Plague Doctor killer myself at one point actually though my idea was very different. Your one sounds like an interesting take on a stealth concept so might work. As for the perks..
Wait for Me has potential to help catch up to people after getting stunned without Enduring so I like that one.
Doctor's Instinct sounds a bit too strong in my opinion. I'd recommend limiting it to say 4 generators or something like that.
Final Treatment sounds amazing with Blood Warden which is my favourite perk so I like this one alot personally.
Overall I think the ideas pretty good with the killer and the perks. If you'd like to know what my Plague Doctor idea was I don't mind talking about it.1 -

At max strength the survivor is unable to perform actions properly and moves slower until cured. And if possible I think they should sometimes see other survivors as the Plague Doctor. Haven't decided on what debuffs it could cause yet though it's in early stages right now.0 -

My idea for a Plague Doctor's power was for them to use a non damaging ability when in melee range of the survivor that inflicts them with random debuffs that grow more powerful the longer they go uncured. They are cured by finding random items around the match similar to Jigsaw boxes and getting within a certain range of another survivor has a chance to spread the disease to them as well.
At max strength the survivor is unable to perform actions properly and moves slower until cured. And if possible I think they should sometimes see other survivors as the Plague Doctor. Haven't decided on what debuffs it could cause yet though it's in early stages right now.
Omg, I love the idea of survivors spreading the disease to eachother when being too close. Imagine the animations they could come up with for a uncured survivor. They could get multiple status effect, like: exhausted, broken and mangled effects. Maybe ill survivors can spread the disease onto generators aswell. I love it
