DBD Mac Port

I recently bought a macbook for college and since I haven't been able to move my main PC down due to COVID, I've had to use a virtual machine on the mac to run the game and the frame rate really suffers, I was wondering if there was any talks or chance of a MacOS port.

Obviously I'm not a coder so I don't know how difficult apple is to work with, if their products are anything to go off then it's a hassle, but seeing as Stadia, Switch etc. are still getting ports and updates I hope there will be a plan in future for MacOS support
