Discordance perk information 96 seconds ?

My game is in french but you can see that discordance is 96 seconds i don't know if it's a new feature but i don't think so

Russian translation has like half of the game text wrong since 2016 and still didn't get fixed. Now with this brand new translation error on discordance:
