Fight Back Master Challenge bugged?

I lucked out and got a killer that was just screwing around. I threw 4 pallets on him and left through the exit. The challenge didn’t give me any credit. #########. They were 4 obvious, clean stuns. Sigh... I tried to Save a video on PS4 but hit the save button during the load screen which screwed it up. But whatever. It happened. Anyone else have the same issue?

Yes it is really annoying, especially since my stuns were on a nurse within 60 seconds of each other

Just did it again to a ghost face and nothing, I have video evidence of both
