Free Auric Cells?

A select number of players has been gifted free Auric Cells. Will everybody eventually get these or will it be limited to certain players? If so, how is determined who gets some and who doesn´t? It would be pretty unfair to make such a nice gift just to some while giving others nothing.

    I would also like to know if it's safe to spend them or not. Would love to get that Ghost Face skin with it.

    I spent mine, if they debit my account it will be a negative balance. Not like we can get banned for spending what was given to us.
