What if blight's rush attack insta downed(since it doesnt count as a basic attack)
How much more effective would you say blight boi be? He still has to bump into something to allow him to insta

He'd be better than Nurse. Without a doubt, the best killer in dbd. In the nicest possible way, this idea is awful. Gamebreakingly awful.

What if the instadown was limited to the Blight's 5th token only? I don't play Blight so I'm basically asking how frequently/consistently do you hit with the 5th rush token? Because it seems like it would give survivors a chance to position themselves in a chase when you MUST use all the rush tokens before going for the hit.

That's already an addon and it's not too bad. Most of the time I don't really get to my last token (usually get a hit around the 2nd or 3rd token) while trying to hit a survivor so I wouldn't really benefit too much from it.

Would you believe that's actually an understatement?
PTB Leatherface could have an insanely long active time that would refresh completely everything you hit a survivor, meaning you could just go halfway across the map. Combine it with Infectious Fright and some other cheese
