We deserve a REAL Halloween event, not an limited time skin-Themed shop
We, as customers, as a community, stand together in one thing, we love this game, is an genuine excellent concept with complex mechanics and a funny and adaptative way to play. But this is more than we can handle, this is not an event, this is an Skin-Themed kind of battle pass? this is a joke for us, we buy things ingame, we spend OUR money on things that we believe, but we dont get anything on exchange, its time to stop looking for money, and start looking for the sake of the players, of YOUR customers, the ones who support the game, and keep playing it, and giving money for something that we expect, but definitely we dont get

Team said that they are looking into the event and that there could be changes.
Thank you for your feedback

We do yes, the rift was a BAD idea, it took wayyyy to much away from events, BUT people have complained so so much about events in the past, can really blame devs? I want to see a better event I do, but have to take a step back and see how many posts people complained about.

If we complain, is for something. We are their customers, we are the only reason the game keeps alive, we buy this game at 20€ on Steam (Spanish price), we spend money on the shop, getting cool skins, buying the "battle pass". We believe in the devs, we strongly believe on the game, but c'mon, this event showcased something i could've never imagined, even Blizzard (has a wide money stoler name behind it) offers better halloween event, and gives free and cool stuff. I insanely love this game, almost 1k hours, and each of them full of intense gameply and unforgettable moments, but we need to protest the unfair causes, and this is one of them, they are the ones that should be interested on listening the comunity, taking an step in and giving us a feel that we are listened, like Riot games or companies like that do.

I don't believe in the devs, I very much buy what I like, if you haven't figured out now they ain't listening then stop paying? it's simple as really.

That's not how should it work, i bought a game, spended money and therefore i have the right to claim something that is worth my money, i quitted from the game before, but i really like it, so, i dont want to end like that again

I tried creating a BHVR account today so that I could setup cross progression. When I got to the email verification step of the process, BHVR's website just stopped functioning properly. The code I was sent didn't work. Requesting a new code didn't work. After logging out and trying to log back in, BHVR's site told me my email or password were wrong. When I tried recreating the exact same account and I was told that the email was already taken by a player (No duh, that player is ME!). When I tried to change my password and BHVR's site told me my email wasn't used for any account...... wait.. what!?
Are You Serious!? I'm trying to create a simple account for a website. EVERY website on the planet can do this flawlessly. But not BHVR. I put a ticket in to have the issue resolved, but I wont expect any customer support anytime soon because it usually takes 3 months to hear a reply. This is ridiculous. Any amateur operation could do this without a hitch.
Cosmetics though! There is nothing wrong with the cosmetics department for DBD. They are pumping out art assets on a staggering pace! And the DwightCrow code! Like nice job spitting on the majority of customers/community which are Console players. I've only been playing since the Silent Hill release but I'm already getting the impression that I shouldn't invest anymore money into DBD cosmetics. This developer has its priorities in the wrong place and I shouldn't instigate their bad practices.

I don't know if you've seen any of the EA Sports/Madden NFL "outrage" but that doesn't really work. These companies have their "whales" and those will keep them away from making positive changes and continue showing inattention to the majority of their fanbase. Unfortunately, the best way seems to be to speak out -- as the more people upset, the more likely they'll actually make significant changes.

Why are you buying things from them if you don't trust them? Isn't that counterproductive?

Pardon me for not having any trust in what the developers will cook up. For all we know, they might just remove the Iridescent Shard price and double the AC price and all that a change. BHVR has shown their hand and money at any cost is what they're after.

My point was to a comment made to me was, I don't need to "believe" etc in the devs to purchase things I like

Hmmm I don't think so, personally. How many months/years has certain things been complained about? and nothing has been done? They changed pop and discordance, yet I didn't see many or even any of people complaining about it yet they changed two perks that didn't need doing. Just my two pennies.

Well, you are reinforcing their behavior (heh) by rewarding them through macrotransaction purchases.

I merely purchase what I like the look of.

Fair enough. Still not gonna like it.
