Inaccessible Totem on Harvesters (Rotten Fields)

Totem between hay bales on the Harvester on Rotten Fields (maybe other Coldwind maps too?) is inaccessible without using a really specific technique involving allowing teammates to stand on top of you.
Reproducible by having the totem and harvester spawns in the same spot (hard to explain where, it was in the corner of the map, there is no main structure in Rotten Fields)

Same thing happens on the harvester in Fractured Cowshed, I was playing Pyramid Head and I was wondering why they wouldn't start cleansing my Undying when the aura appeared.
