Thanatophobia affecting totem cleansing?

I swear it's affecting totem cleansing as well. Anyone else has this issue or am I just imagining?

Cleansing bar goes red when Thanatophobia is active.

  not a bug. They added that effect this patch. It's in the new description and everything.

  Thanatophobia now affects every interaction except Healing and opening the Exit Gates, everything else has a penalty until everyone is at full-health.
