Whats wrong with fixated?
In the stream they named some perks that will be updated soon due to having issues but I am wondering if fixated needs a nerf or a buff because I personally don't see what was wrong with it. I use this perk a lot its probably one of my favorites and I didn't think and killers really hated it so does anyone know why it might get changed?

Just because they’re revisiting/reviewing Fixated doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with it. They might not change anything about the perk. They’re simply going to be checking whether it’s fine, or needs some adjustments.
It’s healthy that the devs want to constantly review older content.

Hope it works while injured. I'd use it more if it worked that way too.

I think a LOT of people would use fixated more if it worked while injured. Maybe survivors will finally stop running urban evasion. Let's hope they make that change.

I already run it a lot anyway so it's a bonus for me. Really helps vs spirit.

If I would have to bet, I would exactly bet on this. And this could have been done right at release, on PTB players were already saying it should work while injured, BHVR is sometimes way too cautious with their Perks.
